DAB Digital Radio
Ofcom, the radio regulator, has announced plans for local DAB digital radio coverage for Gwynedd, Anglesey/Sir Ynys Mon, Conwy and most of Denbighshire/Sir Ddinbych.
The local digital radio multiplex for parts of North-East Wales and Liverpool is on the air on channel 11B and is operated by Emap Digital Radio. Please refer to our Liverpool DAB digital radio listings for more information and station links.
The local digital radio multiplex for North-East Wales and West Chester will launch in August 2008 on channel 10D and is operated by MuxCo Wrexham and Chester. There were two applications for the licence.

The local digital radio multiplex for Swansea is on the air now on Channel 12A and is operated by UTV Emap Digital. A local DAB digital radio licence advertisement for Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire has received one application.
