DAB Digital Radio
A local DAB digital radio licence covering North and North-East Wales and West Chester, covering Gwynedd, Anglesey/Sir Ynys Mon, Conwy and most of Denbighshire/Sir Ddinbych has been delayed, but is planned to launch in 2012/3 and is operated by MuxCo (with UTV as a shareholder) on channel 12D (TBC) and, subject to agreement in the future, channel 10D. View the latest information and updates on multiplex launch dates.
The local digital radio multiplex for parts of North-East Wales and Liverpool is on the air on channel 11B and is operated by Bauer Digital Radio. Please refer to our Liverpool DAB digital radio listings for more information and station links.
