TEAC MC-DX220i DAB digital lifestyle system featuring iPod dock
TEAC's quirky-looking new MC-DX220i features a vertically-mounted CD player, which handles CD-R and CD-RW formats, MP3 discs.
It uses 1 inch NXT speakers to deliver mid range and treble frequencies and a separate subwoofer for more low-down presence. The FM tuner is an RDS station-naming type and output power is rated at 2 x 5 Watts RMS (15 Watts for the sub).
The TEAC MC-DX220i features a headphone jack and spare AUX input, in addition to a hady remote control. Dimensions for the main unit are: 255 x 169 x 113mm weighing 1.1kg and 210 x 169 x 78mm, 0.6kg for each of the two satelite speakers. The sub spec is 160 x 245 x 335mm, 5.3kg. The MC-DX220-i is priced around GBP199.00
The handy iPod dock allows you to access your tracks and play them through the TEAC.
