Overview
Based on the award winning Pure Digital EVOKE-2, the EVOKE-2XT features a significant number of improvements. Styling has been tweaked with radius-edged casework finished in either maple or cherry wood veneer - plus there's the oh-so-cool easy-to-read white-on-blue display.

Sound quality from the Pure Evoke 2-XT has been refined with new, hi-fi quality speaker units and active audio filtering to get the best sound from DAB digital radio.

Pure Digital has also added a handy clock display, a tone/radio alarm, a kitchen timer, and even the ability to connect your iPod, CD or MiniDisc to enjoy your own music through the EVOKE-2XT.

The Evoke 2 XT DAB radio features custom-wound drive-units, improved audio filters, a clearer display, radius-edged casework and a two year warranty. Better still, it picks up FM radio stations with its FM waveband tuner. You can also connect your iPod, CD or MiniDisc and listen to them through EVOKE-2XT.

Easy to use kitchen timer and alarm. Scrolling broadcast text. The Pure Evoke 2-XT is also ChargePAK ready (you can buy a separate chargeable battery for the Evoke 2 XT to increase the battery life when using the Evoke 2XT around the house). You can even download new features as they become available via your home PC through a USB connection. You'll need a spare USB port to do this. You can even hook up an external DAB aerial to the Evoke 2 XT for increased performance in poor signal areas.
