SCPMX2 DB DAB micro system featuring DAB receiver
Panasonic's new hi-spec SCPMX2DB piles on the power with 2 x 80 Watts RMS maximum power output, a traditional front-mounted single CD player with motorised tray.
The SCPMX2DB's CD player handles CD-R, CD-RW, MP3 and WMA formats and features a digital remaster function, which aims to adjust the sound of encoded CDs to improve sound quality.
There's a USB port and 3.5mm stereo input for connection of MP3 players, a H-bass enhancement feature and DAB Band III and FM support. The main unit weighs in at 1.7kg and 240 x 216 x 170mm. Three-way speakers and a remote control are also supplied.
The Panasonic SCPMX2DB works with the company's optional SH-PD10 universal iPod dock.
