Goodmans has launched its second DAB micro system, which is available now at under a ton. The DAB500 micro system combines CD player and DAB digital radio in one unit, and is marketed as a "second system" for the bedroom or kitchen.

The Goodmans DAB500 CD plater can play normal music CDs as well as CD-recordable and CD-rewriteable discs. The DAB-enabled tuner can be accessed both by the front panel and a remote control. The blue backlit display gives service information and scolling text.
