The area has seen the switch-on of a new transmitter, based at Darvel, which covers around 300,000 people in South and North Ayrshire. |

Listeners with a DAB digital radio in and around these areas can receive the new services by performing an "Autotune" or "Autoscan" with their DAB-enabled tuner or radio.
