Music station for the the gay and lesbian community Gaydar Radio, rock-and-dance music station Xfm from London and oldies and easy listening music station Saga Radio are just three of the new stations making up the set of new services.

Current and classic dance tracks station Kiss and an access channel, on which Spirit FM and Totally Radio will be broadcast at a slightly lower stereo bitrate, complete the line-up packed on to the multiplex.

Listeners with a DAB digital radio in coastal areas of West and East Sussex and surrounding areas should perform an "Autotune" or "Autoscan" with their DAB-enabled tuner or radio to receive the new stations. The new services are being broadcast on channel 11B.

The current line-up of services testing on the multiplex is:

  • BBC Southern Counties Radio

  • Southern FM

  • Juice Digital

  • Capital Gold

  • Gaydar Radio

  • Xfm

  • Kiss

The multiplex is due to offically launch on Saturday, 31st January 2004.
