The original founders of Surf 107.2 have launched a new company and taken back Brighton-based Juice 107.2 in a deal announced today.

The new company, Brighton & Hove Radio Ltd., has acquired the station from Newcastle-based Forever Broadcasting. It has also struck a deal to acquire a 2 percent stake in Worthing-based Splash FM.
