Intempo PG-01 wakes you up with DAB digital radio

A new portable DAB digital radio has hit the shops. With contemporary styling and the inclusion of the FM wavband into the bargain, the GBP119.99 Intempo PG-01 will also wake you up in the morning.

Housed in a beech veneer case, the new radio includes twin 3 inch, 5 Watt speakers for stereo sound, four presets on both DAB Band III and analogue FM and a pale blue display for DAB station information.

The mains-powered PG-01 also features a telescopic aerial and headphone socket for late-night listening without disturbing anyone else! The dual-line backlit display shows the station name and any programme information that is also broadcast, such as the current song or the latest news. A large rotary dial on the front of the machine takes care of the volume.

The PG-01's clock, sleep and alarm features means that the digital radio can be used as an alarm clock to wake you in the morning.
