   station directory latest radio news air today feedback features  |  Sunday, 11th May 2003 NOWdigital Storm's on with Nottingham DAB multiplex The expansion of dance music station Galaxy into the East Midlands looks set to continue. Chrysalis Radio-backed Galaxy lost out to oldies station Saga 106.6 in the contest for the new regional FM station last year; instead it will be appearing on the local DAB digital radio multiplex for Nottingham in April 2004. Galaxy will join three other digital-only stations on the multplex: The Storm, modern rock radio, Capital Disney, playing chart hits from the last couple of years, and A Plus, a new Asian-orientated youth station. |
 | Simulcasting on the digital service will be BBC Radio Nottingham, 96 Trent FM, Classic Gold GEM and regional FM stations 106 Century FM and Saga 106.6 FM. The new multiplex will be broadcast on block 12C on digital radio.
