New Wavefinder software allows listeners to download Programme Guides

Psion has launched a completely redesigned user interface for its Wavefinder digital radio antenna. The new software, which is being supplied with new Wavefinders, allows listeners to make timed recordings of their favourite shows.

The new software, which is very similar in style to that supplied with Modular Technology's DAB PCI card, is also available to buy as an upgrade.

                           		 By clicking on the record button next to details of a programme, the software is set-up and ready to record the show as an MP3 onto hard disk. The software also shows links to related websites, when broadcast by the station, and lets you fire off an e-mail of your views or take part interactively in any show by e-mail.
