Now Digital offers DAB radio stations in Chelmsford

GWR Group-owned Now Digital Limited has won the local digital service radio licence for Southend and Chelmsford in Essex. Essex FM and Classic Gold Breeze Digital are joined by London-based country music station Ritz and music-from-the-movies station Flix. A classic soul station, The Rhythm, an easy listening station and a dance music station are also planned. BBC Essex will also take its place on the multiplex. The services are expected to be rolled out on DAB digital radio from January next year.
