Intempo cook up a new portable DAB model
Intempo are back - after a seemingly quiet period bereft of new DAB models - and they're cooking up a portable DAB radio to challenge Pure.
Take 4 "AA" batteries, add a healthy Wattage, a splash of claret and voila - the Intempo TRS-01 on a plate.
The Intempo TRS-01 adds FM with RDS station naming - so you can see which station you're tuned to on FM - plus RadioText to DAB reception.
Handily, the Intempo model takes AA-size batteries, rather than the C-size more commonly found in DAB radios.
Intempo have even made preset selection simpler than the Pure One, with 20 presets accessed by 5 keys plus a "shift" key.
